Guys, we have all been there. Daydreaming about a very attractive lady who has a boyfriend or husband and wondering what he has that we don't. Ladies, I am sure you have all been in daydream mode as well wishing you had that perfect man. Finally we have shed some light on this daydreaming going on. A new survey shows 30 must-have qualities that women seek in their ideal man. Guys, do you have these? Women, what's most important to you?

According to the poll by Austin Reed, the perfect man earns about $77,000 a year, drinks beer and drives an Audi. Women also want men to have stylish clothes, a good body and a clean-shaven face. The perfect guy also can swim, rides a bike, and makes family his top priority. Eighty-six percent of women polled say they want a sensitive man who calls his mom regularly and cries during movies. Here’s a full list of qualities the perfect man apparently possesses:

3. Brown eyes	18. Enjoys watching football
