UPDATE: Rod Clark's sons have been injured and JB's may only close if they have recuperate at some point during the season.  Please go to JB's website for all inquiries.

On a typical night, local favorite JB's Drive In keeps it's lights on until 10:30 or 11:00 each night.  Last year, however, this changed.

JB's, which has been open since 1937, closed up a bit early on September 23 for the sweetest reason ever: the owners wanted to see their grand-kids play in their homecoming football game.

The business received an outpouring of support from the community, because after all, nothing is more important than family, right?  Geneva Clark, one of the owners of the Drive In, had never seen her grand-kids play before that night.  Because of the support from the community and their focus on family, JB's is doing it again.

This year, they'll be closing at 4 p.m. during Greeley West home games.  Those games are as follows:

9 - 01 - 2017, 7:00 p.m.:  Roosevelt High School
9 - 07 - 2017, 6:30 p.m.:  Longmont High School
9 - 21 - 2017, 6:30 p.m.: Windsor High School
9 - 29 - 2017, 7:00 p.m.: Greeley Central High School
10 - 13 - 2017, 7:00 p.m.: Broomfield High School
11 - 4 - 2017, 11:00 a.m.: Loveland High School
