A story from The Athletic shows some serious love for Uncrustables in Colorado, as the frozen, round, crustless sandwiches with crimped edges have become the number one snack consumed by the NFL's Denver Broncos.
One Team's Love for PB&J
According to the stats published by The Athletic, the Broncos eat more Uncrustables than any other team in the NFL. According to KDVR.com, the Bronco's 77-player roster eats 700 Uncrustable sandwiches in a week. I wish I could access the breakdown by flavor. This means each Bronco player may be enjoying as many as 9 Uncrustables (or more) every week.
