Why Scotty McCreery Kicked A Fan Out of the Colorado State Fair

Country artist Scotty McCreery performed at the Colorado State Fair on August 24. The "This Is It" and "Five More Minutes" singer stopped the show in Pueblo to kick out a fan and we are extremely proud and happy that he did.

About the Colorado State Fair Incident

Scotty had to stop his performance because he saw a man hit a woman in the audience. Thankfully, Scotty did the right thing and stopped the show to see what was happening.

In the video, you will see that Scotty noticed the situation, got the man's attention, reminded him that he hit a woman, and had him escorted out of the Colorado State Fair.

The incident happened during the first song of Scotty McCreery's set. Scotty said, "On God's green Earth at a Scotty McCreery show. What are you doing?".

Scotty then said, "...that's absolutely unacceptable. Whoever you are, that's the definition of a coward hitting a lady. Get the heck out of here, buddy."

What Has Happened Since the Colorado State Fair

According to Fox, the incident is still under investigation. The fan was kicked out and we are waiting to hear about the person that committed the crime.

Fox also says that security for the Colorado State Fair assisted quickly and fans were able to enjoy the concert afterward.
