Having one of the ugliest buildings in America is not something to be proud of. Or is it? Whichever way you look at it, one of the ugliest buildings is indeed located in Colorado.

Now, before we reveal what the building is and where it’s located, I have to say I disagree. I find this building interesting. We have to remember that when something is called ugly, it’s based on a person’s or a group’s taste. Just because it’s not their cup of tea doesn’t mean it can’t be yours.

The website A Lot ranked the ugliest buildings in Colorado and the Denver Art Museum made the list. The Denver Art Museum is the only building in Colorado mentioned.

The Denver Art Museum has had quite a few different looks since it was founded in 1893.

The most recent renovations took place in 2016. The Denver Art Museum welcomes over 800,000 people per year.

Ranking And Review Is Brutal

As I mentioned earlier, I disagree with the fact that the Denver Art Museum is on the ranking of the ugliest buildings across the nation. Here is what A Lot said.

This design doesn’t scream “art museum” as much as it screams “supervillain’s lair.” The odd angles and sharp points are probably the furthest away from beautiful art that you can get.

Why is it that art museums are frequently designed to look like the most unappealing, unartistic buildings possible?

The Denver Art Museum was ranked as the 10th ugliest building in America.
