Huge New Sculpture at I-25 and Highway 34

Driving home from work last night as I came upon the interchange at I-25 and Highway 34, I noticed something strange...

It's a massive new sculpture called "Equinox" by Loveland artists Doug Rutledge, Doug Erion and Jack Kreutzer.

Installed on Thursday, the gigantic steel marvel is 50 feet tall, 96 feet long and weighs 13 tons. It's pretty awesome. As a long-time Loveland resident, I can't help but be proud. I love living in a city with such a rich art culture!
