This week has been INSANE at The X, and of course, the day that I roll out of bed and come to work, I feel like I need to say something.  But, here goes... 

I can't think of one time that I have ever tried to tell someone how they should do their job, but people love to tell me how to do mine all the time. So, this is just my two cents following a series of great events this week.
