After experiencing severe winds over the weekend, Northern Coloradans are even more on edge. But the National Weather Service says we should expect more strong winds Monday night.

It doesn't sound like it will be great barbecuing weather on Monday night; you may even want to secure your patio furniture to keep it from flying away.

The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for areas along the Front Range, including Larimer County (below 6,000 feet) and Weld County. The warning is in effect from 6 p.m. Monday night (June 8) until 3 a.m. Tuesday morning (June 9.)

Winds ranging from 30-40 m.p.h. with gusts up to 60 m.p.h. can be expected, along with downed tree limbs and possible power outages.
