Greatest Singer of All Time?

This last week Rolling Stone did a poll to pick the best rock singers of all time. Their top five were; Jim Morrison, Mick Jagger, Bono, Freddie Mercury, and the best singer of all time according to Rolling Stone was Robert Plant. The list was based solely on readers votes and had no expert opinion. Now, I'm no expert myself, but I have to say that I have to disagree with their top five.

My top five favorite singers of classic rock would be; Paul Rogers, Don Henley, Steve Perry, Robert Plant, and my number one is Axl Rose. So I have one on my list that made the top five of Rolling Stone, not bad! Now most will probably disagree with my list, but that's what makes it mine. Now I want to know your top five. There are no wrong answers here, just some better than others!
