Mark your calendars. Goat Yoga is returning to Northern Colorado this Sunday (September 22) at the Anheuser-Busch Fort Collins Brewery.

Similar to puppy yoga, bunny yoga, and even kangaroo yoga, goat yoga allows you to practice your Warrior poses with the help of adorable baby goats. Our Retro 102.5 DJ Kama was able to give it a try:

So, if you want to roll out your yoga mat and hop into downward dog with these tiny creatures, you can register for a session at either 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. here. Those who register online will receive a free drink after the class.

The outdoor class costs $30 dollars per person, and begins with 15 minutes of cuddle time with the goats. It then transitions into a 45-minute yoga class, after which participants can head to The Biergarten for that free drink.

Classes fill up quickly, so if you're interested, don't sleep on signing up (and make sure you bring a yoga mat).

Good luck to the yogis (and the goats) who are about to embark on this fun way to shake up a yoga practice.

Namaste.
