Get Cozy: Fort Collins’ Last Days of Quarantine May Be Drizzly
Showers are in the forecast for the end of the week, but don't worry, we mean rain, not snow.
Now is the time to enjoy the rainy days a little bit more, as we stay in with a nice cup of tea and a good book (or Tiger King, you do you) for last stretch of quarantine. The National Weather Service predicts a few drizzly days ahead for the Fort Collins area. Beginning Wednesday, April 22, there is a slight chance of showers starting in the afternoon. Thursday there is also the possibility of showers and afternoon thunderstorms.
Friday has a 70 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms lasting through the night, and into Saturday. The National Weather Service's forecast shows the weekend forecast clearing up to sunny, with temperatures in the 60s and 70s.
On Monday, April 27, Colorado's Stay-at-Home order shifts to Safer-at-Home.
