Don't leave your masks at home while venturing out to buy your toilet paper in bulk, because Costco announced that as of May 4, all members and guests are required to wear a face mask or equivalent facial covering at all times while visiting the store. This covering does not need to be an N95 mask, but must cover the mouth and nose at all times.

The new rule does not apply to children under the age of 2 or those who are unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition, according to the news release. While in the store, Costco also asks that all shoppers comply with the CDC's recommended guidelines of 6 ft. as

The use of a mask or face covering should not be seen as a substitute for social distancing.
