Foothills Mall Gets a Bakery Dedicated to Bundt Cakes
Foothills Mall in Fort Collins has a new tenant: a bakery that sells nothing but bundt cakes.
Hence the name, Nothing Bundt Cakes.
Now, a store entirely dedicated to bundt cakes will either sound way too strange or incredibly enticing. Trust me, I've had Nothing Bundt Cakes' "Bundtinis" and they are so worth the hype. I can't even begin to express how excited I was when the Coloradoan announced the franchise is setting up shop at Foothills Mall, because I was actually planning a day trip to Denver just to pick up a bundt cake for my birthday this fall. (Now I don't have to!)
Nothing Bundt Cakes will move into a space at 3300 S. College Avenue, Suite 180 around mid-December. Franchise owners and operators Jack and Jill Tregenza also plan to expand to Loveland or Johnstown in the future.
The cakes can be customized for various occasions like birthdays, baby showers, weddings, etc. and come in different sizes like Bundtinis (cupcakes), Bundtlets (slightly larger cupcakes), Bundtlet towers, 8" cakes, and 10" cakes, which can also be tiered. Flavors include red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip, lemon, pecan praline, carrot, marble, white white chocolate, cinnamon swirl, and white chocolate raspberry. The company also says the cakes are made with the purest ingredients: fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese.
Colorado currently has 2 other Nothing Bundt Cakes locations in Boulder and Westminster. Obviously Fort Collins is the perfect location for something like this (in my opinion) and I can't wait for it to open at Foothills Mall in December.
Here's a look inside another Nothing Bundt Cakes location (get ready for sugar cravings). This is what you can expect to find at Foothills Mall soon!
