One in particular that pulled at many people’s heartstrings was the closure of CopperMuse’s Fort Collins location

Another one that really hurt was the closure of Sundance Steakhouse & Saloon in July, which came as a shock to many, especially after 42 years.

Recently, it had been announced that the popular bar and concert venue, The Atrium at the Alley Cat, would be shutting down its doors and going on sale.

While it has only been around for 4 years, it quickly became an absolute local favorite amongst local Fort Collins residents.

However, instead of lamenting yet another lost business, it appears we The Atrium is getting a second chance.

Fortunately for both concertgoers and bar fans alike, The Atrium at the Alley Cat has been bought by new ownership and will be reopening sooner than almost anyone could have ever expected.

In an Instagram post, the new owners of the awesome venue, Nic and Hail, introduced themselves and clearly seem like really cool people.

They announced that they are open for booking through either AtriumMusicBooking@gmail.com or by DMing their Instagram. This is great to see, since in its life the venue has been a big player in the local Fort Collins music scene.

A new website will also be launched soon where people can purchase tickets.

When Will The Atrium at the Alley Cat Reopen?

Fortunately for fans of the venue, the new ownership will be hosting an open house from 4 to 11 PM on Thursday, October 3rd.

Afterwards, it will start up regular operation again. It will be open Thursday through Sunday between 4 and 11 PM.

Let’s hope to see The Atrium continue to hold on strong for the long haul.
