Did You Know You Can Rent Your Car to People at DIA While You Travel?
Would you ever let a stranger borrow your car? Instead of leaving your car in a lot while you travel, you can earn money by renting it out with Drift.
According to KDVR, Drift is a new app that is running a pilot program at Denver International Airport (no pun intended). It connects people who aren't using their car with those who need to borrow one.
Sure, a stranger would be driving your car while you are out of state, but on the other hand, you get paid and your ride won't be rabbit dinner. Oh, and you get a car wash out of it, too.
Drift also protects your vehicle from renters with pets, renters who smoke or renters looking to rack up mileage on a long road trip (if that doesn’t bother you, you can alter your settings). - 303 Magazine
Just how much would you make? That depends, Drift says, depending on car class, condition, trip length and more. It could be anywhere from $25 to $50 per day, or $350 per week, KDVR reports. See more here.
