Did Frances Bean Cobain Forget To Invite Courtney To Her Wedding?

Frances Bean Cobain, daughter of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, got married last week to her lover of 5 years, frontman of The Eeries, Isaiah Silva. (The dude looks just like Kurt Cobain, too - kinda freaky.)

According to E! News, Mr. and Mrs. Silva tied the knot in an intimate ceremony of 13 to 15 guests. SO intimate, in fact, that the bride's mother was a no-show - reportedly because she wasn't invited.

Courtney Love and her daughter have had a publicly rocky relationship over the years, but in August, Love wished Frances Bean a happy 23rd birthday in a cute Instagram post - a throwback photo of the 2 with Kurt Cobain.

Frances responded to her mother's Instagram post with a funny, sweet Tweet: "Thanks for letting me utilize your human form to act as my alien incubation pod for 9 months. Love you mum XX."

As for the lack of wedding invitation, Courtney Love appears to be doing just fine. She posted an Instagram photo of her with actor James Norley, captioned with: "If you think I'm sorry for being a no-show at any important events this week, think again. I was with @jamesnorley."

Would you be pissed if you weren't invited to an immediate family member's wedding? I guess it really depends on the sort of "vibe" the bride and groom are going for on their wedding day - not everyone wants drama on their special day. Not that Courtney is drama, but I'm just saying...*wink*
