DIA Train Malfunction Send 4, Including Child to Hospital

Have you every worried about the automated trains at Denver International Airport (DIA), having an issue and causing harm? Well, that's exactly what happened Saturday (March 19, 2016) morning. According to the Coloradoan, the incident, that occurred at about 2 a.m., was caused by a software glitch, that has since been fixed. The train came to an abrupt stop, opposed to the gradual decent in speed that is expected. At the time, there were approximately 45 passengers on the train, as it approached the main terminal. The sudden jolt in momentum, unexpectedly threw the passengers forward. Twenty-seven of the passengers were checked by medical personnel, and refused service, four, including a child were sent to the hospital, and the rest were not injured. The condition of the passengers that were sent to hospital is not know at this time.
