"One bite, everyone knows the rules."

One thing I love about Dave Portnoy is his love for pizza. He's also a brilliant entrepreneur. This guy built an incredible website-app-social media empire, but continues to chase whatever is next.

During the pandemic, I found myself watching a lot of his Instagram videos. Essentially he would just strike up a conversation on a live and proceed to open up all of the free stuff that gets sent to him constantly. I'm sure he has so much product from so many business, both big and small.

And then he started trying pizzas at various pizza joints. He's from the northeast where you can find a pizza place on every corner. These impromptu reviews turned into the "one bite" reviews which then turned into an app and his own line of pizzas.

I told you... brilliant.

Recently he took his "one bite" review (which, for the record, is never just one bite) to Denver. Word got out that he was going to be in the area so the recommendations started pouring in. There was one place that seemed to stand out.

Redeemer Pizza.

For those who have heard of Redeemer, you know that they have only been open for a few months. And now they've got someone like Dave Portnoy with nearly four million followers trying their food and saying their name on social media.

Wow.

For what it's worth, he gave their pizza at 7.8 rating. He also tried their garlic knots, served with a sweet chili sauce, which he gave a 7.5 rating. I think he would have rated those higher had they been served with a traditional marinara sauce.

See for yourself...

Guess we'll have to put this one on the list for our next road trip.
