Colorado Ups Indoor Capacity, 2 a.m. Last Call
We're not going full Texas, or Wyoming for that matter, but the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment amended the state's public health order on March 7, 2021, The Denver Channel reported, meaning some of Colorado's COVID-19 restrictions have loosened as of this week.
One of the biggest changes, The Denver Channel said, is for Level Blue and Level Yellow counties, which now have last calls at 1 a.m. and 2 a.m., respectively. At the beginning of the year, last call was still 10 p.m. in most counties.
Additionally, 'increased capacity for restaurants and seated indoor events will allow Level Blue counties to seat 225 people without using the distancing space calculator, up from capacity limits of 175 people,' The Denver Channel said.
This means that 5 Star-certified counties (or, 'Level Up' in Larimer) that are Level Blue could even open beyond that capacity.
Currently, Larimer is still Level Yellow, with but certified businesses are operating at Level Blue, which means you could stay out in Old Town until 2 a.m. again. Although, after a year of not doing that, we may be out of practice.

As of March 8, Colorado's positivity rate continued to decline, at 3.2 percent. The same day, the CDC said that fully vaccinated people could gather without masks.
Over one million Coloradans have gotten one dose and over 600,000 have gotten both doses. On March 5, Colorado began administering the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine, as we entered Phase 1.3.B.
