It feels like lately, we Coloradans have been feeling down both as a state and as ourselves.

In fact, WalletHub recently found that we are amongst the least happy states in the country, placing us as the 15th least happy state.

The main thing that is bringing Coloradans down according to the study is that we lack a sense of overall community, which is really sad.

With major problems like the housing market and rising crime rate dropping us in rankings of best states to live in, maybe we don’t believe in ourselves as much.

Sometimes when you’re down, it can be hard to believe that anyone can like you.

However, a new study has found that in some ways, Coloradans should know that we’re more loved than we probably ever knew.

Each year, the World Population Review creates a ranking of each state based on how much people hate them. This is based on research that was done by the good people over at Zippia.

They looked at three different aspects to see what state is the most hated; the percent of residents who think their own state is the worst, the states with the biggest population decrease, and what other states believe is the worst state.

With all of this being taken into account, they placed Colorado as the least hated state in the entire country.

The main reason why is because according to their research, there are no states in the country that hate Colorado.

If you ask me, that’s pretty awesome.

With all of that being said, it’s worth asking what state is the most hated.

It would appear that title would go to Illinois, but not for the reasons one might think.

Illinois actually only has one state that hates it, but the reason why it tops the list is because a shocking 25% of Illinoisans say their state is the worst. It’s also one of the fastest shrinking states as well.

When it comes to the state that other people seem to hate the most, that would belong to California. Nine other states across the country have a genuine hatred for the Golden State.
