It is no secret that the price of eggs has gotten astronomically high. The high prices are all due to the avian flu. Millions upon millions of chickens have either gotten sick from the avian flu or chicken farmers have had to cull their chickens because of the sickness.

In turn, the prices of eggs and chicken have gotten to the point of everyone scratching their heads and wondering if it is even worth it to buy eggs. The last time I purchased eggs, I bought an 18 pack and it was $8.65 before tax. Yeah. Ouch is right.

All of these prices are based on each grocery store's website or app and the option for pickup at a specific location.

King Soopers - Greeley

King Soopers is located at 6922 West 10th Street. Based on shopping in-store, these are the cheapest egg prices at King Soopers.

Sprouts - Loveland

Sprouts are located at 1440 North Lincoln Avenue. Based on shopping for pickup, these are the cheapest egg prices at Sprouts.

Walmart - Loveland

Walmart Supercenter is located at 1325 Denver Avenue. Based on shopping for pickup, these are the best prices for eggs at Walmart.

It appears that the cheapest option for eggs would be Sprouts located in Loveland. The Sprouts brand 12-count eggs are 31 cents cheaper than Walmart's 12-count eggs and $2.50 less than Safeway's 12-count eggs.
