The user review website, Yelp, does their due diligence and finds the Top 100 restaurants in each state. At the top of the list for Colorado comes Rootstalk, with an absolutely immaculate 4.8 out of 5 rating. 

Located in Breckenridge, Colorado, Rootstalk is quite possibly one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the entire state.

Opening back in 2020, it has quickly gained a reputation as a fantastic option for high quality dining out in the mountains, with some incredible mouth watering options.

Their most highly regarded meal is their Pan Roasted Duck Breast, which looks absolutely incredible.

The restaurant’s head chef and founder, Matt Vawter, not only was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef in the Mountain region, but came away with the win.
