Located in Breckenridge, Colorado, Rootstalk is quite possibly one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the entire state.

Opening back in 2020, it has quickly gained a reputation as a fantastic option for high quality dining out in the mountains, with some incredible mouth watering options.
