Colorado's extended Safer-at-Home Order is set to expire on June 1. Here's how the state is doing as we start to hit the slopes and dine-in at restaurants.

According to the Denver Post and other news outlets, as of May 31, Colorado had gone two consecutive days without reporting any new COVID-19-related deaths, also stating that hospitalizations in Colorado have continued to decline, with the lowest number since March. [Read full report here]

On May 30, Larimer County saw 17 new cases, and nine new cases on May 31, the weekend that many of the county's businesses began to reopen ahead of the state, after a variance was approved. This included dine-in restaurants, theaters, gyms and more.

The last reported death in Larimer County was on May 26, making the total 24.

As Colorado's Safer-at-Home is scheduled to expire, the next steps for Colorado will be addressed following June 1, per Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment.
