An exquisite Italian dinner in Fort Collins....there was only one place for that. Sadly, Bisetti's Ristorante will no longer be an option in Old Town as the owners, Heather and Robert Bisetti announced in a press release this week that the iconic Italian eatery will be closing their doors for good on January 31st.

In the press release, Heather said, "We are extremely grateful to all of our employees and to the wonderful people of Fort Collins for their loyal support throughout the years."

The Bisetti's had owned their spot on College avenue in Old Town for 39 years, with another location in Highlands Ranch and Pelican Fish Restaurant and Fish Market on Mason St. in Fort Collins. But, Heather and Robert, who have lived in the Phoenix area for a while, said now is the time to retire.

According to The Coloradoan, Heather and Robert plan on being at the restaurant every day until it closes.
