Interstate 25 shut down Wednesday afternoon at Interstate 70 after a semi truck transporting beer rolled over.

According to KDVR-TV, beer cluttered the express lanes in the middle of I-25 following the crash in which the truck laid on its side, its roof split open on the eastbound I-70 ramp to northbound I-25 in Denver.

No human injuries were reported, but the crash obviously shut down traffic for some time while crews scooped up the beer.

It's unclear how many beer casualties there were as a result of the crash, but there was definitely spillage. For the cans that did not survive...rest in peace.
