According to a Larimer County Sheriff's Office press release, Robert Crookston McGehee was booked on felonies for second-degree arson and criminal mischief.

Deputies arrived on the scene just before 11 a.m. and found smoke on the east ridge of County Road 23. They began searching for the man and located him in the 1200 block of North Country Road 23, where he was taken into custody.

Poudre Fire Authority was called to the area to fight the fire.
