94.3 The X’s Best Instagrams This Month

We've come to the conclusion that Instagrammers love rock stars and pastries just about as much as they do photos of desks. That's right. Desks.

We're pretty new the the 'gram game here at The X -- I'm new to it all around  -- so we've had a lot of fun this last month getting some photos onto our account, from Mollie's four-legged friend, to Madi trying on other people's fab (faux) fur coats, and of course concerts and Jesus Grohl. (Also, has anyone woken up Drew?)

Out of all that, though, these were our most 'liked' posts this month.

*INSOMNIA*

Maybe it was all those late-night Instagrammers empathizing with our morning show host and her battle with the REM cycle, but this shot of Mollie's lamp was pretty popular.

*SHELBY'S DESK*

Ah, yeah, another lamp shot. People loved the vintage charm of my old typewriter. I posted it as a part of my #5ItemsofX Instagram takeover, and it was much better-received than my leather jacket confession (still haven't washed it...).

*BRAVE NEW WHEEL*

Mollie snapped this one for a news piece. People in Fort Collins were really excited because it was about... wait for it.... bikes AND beer! Personally, I would have used this as an opportunity to get a photo with that really cute BNW guy who used to always fix up my old Huffy. By the way, cute BNW guy, if you're still out there, my Huffy is looking crappier than ever. ;) ;)

Well, no surprise here. Leave it to a famous person to get all your 'likes.' Our number one post this month (and of all time) is our Polaroid of Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness holding a Polaroid in the wilderness during our video interview.
