I loved Paramore's Riot! album back in high school, and our program director is a big fan of it, too apparently.

Every afternoon, we get into the musical time machine together and boy, what a ride it is down memory lane, #amiright? Time to roll down the windows and let the nostalgia blow through your hair; these were your Three O' Clock Throwback Tracks of the week on 94.3 The X.

  • Monday: Sponge - 'Molly' (1995)

A lot of people thought this song was about the 80s flick, 16 Candles, starring Molly Ringwald, but it's actually a reference to MDMA (ecstasy) - Yikes. I prefer the John Hughes movie.

Supposedly, Ringwald wanted to be in the band's video for the song, but they turned her away.

  • Tuesday: Toad the Wet Sprocket - 'Fall Down' (1994)

All I know was that this song was in a Gary Busey movie and was a chart topper in 1994.

  • Wednesday: Paramore - 'Crushcrushcrush' (2007)

This was a major dose of nostalgia for me because I loved this album in high school and had the album cover poster on my wall for years.

  • Thursday: Paramore - 'Misery Business' (2007)

We all wanted the hair. We all wanted it so bad.
