5 Fort Collins Restaurants Featured on Food TV Shows
Welcome to Fort Collins AKA Flavortown. We've had a Guy Fieri sighting or two in the last few years, but the Choice City has landed on numerous TV shows, giving recognition to our local breweries and restaurants. Here's the list, according to TV Food Maps.
1) New Belgium Brewing
OK, obviously not a restaurant, but in 2011, New Belgium was featured on an episode of Drinking Made Easy.
2) Restaurant 415
Fieri himself first visited Fort Collins for Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in 2015, when he stopped by Restaurant 415 on Mason Street. The episode, From Biscuits to Brisket, aired on August 7.
3) The Lodge
...But then, one month later, Fieri featured another Fort Collins restaurant on the show. The since-closed The Lodge Sasquatch Kitchen (now The Still Whiskey Steaks) in Downtown Fort Collins was on an episode that aired in September of 2015.
4) Pizza Casbah
Fort Collins' beloved Casbah was on Food Network's Outrageous Food. Why? Because of that 30-inch pizza they make.
5) The Fat Shack
Just down the street from Pizza Casbah, Fat Shack was featured on a 2015 episode of The Travel Channel's Food Paradise... because have you seen the menu?
Bruce's Bar in Severance also gets an honorable mention, and we all know why.
