It's the final day of the 25 Beers of Christmas, and what a sleigh ride through the breweries it's been. Thank you to every Fort Collins brewery for helping us compile this list: it's a hard job, but someone's gotta do it.

For the final day of the series, we're highlighting Soul Squared Brewing's Milk and Cookie Stout, their December CSA beer. But what is a CSA, exactly?

CSA stands for 'community supported agriculture', which, on a typical model means that members of the CSA pay a monthly fee for access to things like fruits and vegetables from a local farm. However, for Soul Squared, being a part of their CSA means access to small-batch, limited-release brews that only members can try. For December, it's Milk and Cookie Stout.

Soul Squared describes it on their website as  "beer started as a straight forward milk stout and we kept adding layers of flavors until we arrived at beer the Santa himself will love."

...and a very merry 25 Beers of Christmas to all!
