Today is the one year anniversary of the Windsor Mill fire that destroyed the historic building as it was being renovated. While the cause of the blaze is known, who did it remains in question.

According to the Reporter-Herald, the fire was ruled arson by investigators from the Windsor Police Department, Windsor-Severance Fire Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Their investigation continues with leads and persons of interest, according to a press release.

Investigators are asking if anyone has information that can help them with their investigation to come forward and contact the Windsor Police Department at 970-674-6400. There is a $10-thousand dollar rewards for information leading to the arrest and successful prosecution of the person or persons involved.
