According to the Coloradoan, a popular Northern Colorado restaurant has plans to open up a location in Fort Collins in the near future.

If you didn't already know, our studio is located in Windsor. After working here for the last almost five years I have fallen in love with the town.  But if there is one knock I have on the town, it is the lack of quality restaurants. Don't get me wrong, there are a few, just not many. My taste buds are dancing with excitement as I tell you, we just added a new one!
