I always liked either banana or bubblegum, but honestly, I'm not much of a Slurpee dude.  In fact, any drink with crushed ice seems to be a big joke on me, as I get a brain freeze pretty much any time I try one...

As they do every year, 7-Eleven is celebrating 7-Eleven Day, also known as July 11, on Friday with free Slurpees. However, with over 30 locations in Northern Colorado, how do you know which 7-Eleven to choose for your free Slurpee... Well, we made a map for that!

Normally when it’s someone’s birthday you give them a treat. Not the case when it’s 7-Eleven’s birthday! They are giving us the treat to help celebrate their 85th birthday. Starting at 11 a.m., all participating 7-Eleven locations in the U.S. and Canada will be giving away free 7.11 oz. Slurpee drinks until 7 p.m.

To tout its first Slurpee -branded, sugar-free frozen drink, Slurpee Lite, and launch the upcoming Slurpee season, 7-Eleven has created SlurpFREE Day.

The national infatuation with all things skinny has us eating everything from "Spam Lite" to "skinny cocktails." Now, the nation's largest convenience chain, will announce a low-cal line of Slurpees. Whatever happened to eating salads and drinking water to lose weight?

Every year enough Slurpee drinks are sold at 7-11 stores to fill up 12 Olympic-sized swimming pools. Today, 7-11's unofficial birthday, the worlds largest convenience store chain is giving away free Slurpee's all day.
