A couple hundred people crowded into Colorado State University’s North Ballroom on Wednesday night for what will be the advisory committee’s last official meeting until fall. The biggest news to come out of the meeting is still not whether or not the school will or will not build a new on-campus stadium, but how much they plan to spend if they they decide to build.
At a meeting of the Colorado State University's Stadium Advisory Committee on Thursday night, the university announced the three most likely areas of the Fort Collins campus where they think it may be possible to build an on-campus football stadium. Which site do you think would be best?
It's become a very controversial issue in a very short time. Should CSU build a new on campus stadium and if so, where? There are supporters of a new stadium and there supporters of keeping Sonny Lubick Field at Hughes Stadium. Colorado State has announced series of 10 public forums to collect input regarding the proposed on-campus stadium. Registration is required!
