We skiiers & riders get all sad when it gets to December & it's still warm outside.  We start obsessing over how amazing it would be if it would just snow.  Some of us even start to wonder if "real" winters are a thing of the past.

Then, it starts... and doesn't stop!  Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge got two feet of snow in less than two days this week!

Yesterday, three semis were caught in an Avalanche that closed Vail Pass.

And now, Arapaho Basin Resort announced they were closing at 1 o'clock yesterday (Tuesday) until further notice, as we've gotten so much snow in that area that it's become dangerous on several levels.
