100 degree temperatures seemed to be the norm yesterday. Colorado Springs and Boulder both broke break records yesterday. It was 101 in Colorado Springs, which tied the record. In Boulder, the record for the June 21 had been 97, which was set in 1922. Yesterday it was 99 degrees.

The high temperature at Denver International Airport climbed to 98 degrees, one degree shy of the city record for June 21.

High temperatures elsewhere in the state Tuesday topped 100, including Greeley at 102, Grand Junction, Rifle, Erie, and Loveland at 100; Burlington, 101; Delta 103; Longmont, Pueblo and La Junta, 104; and the hotspot in the state: Lamar at 107.

Fort Collins hit 96 yesterday, which was a new record.

It should be mid-80s today!
